I think now about what I CAN do. The action plans helped my learning, breaking things down into small chunks. My confidence has improved loads! At the start, I’d say I was a 5/10 now I’m a 10/10. My motivation is really good now too, much better than it was before. For example, getting on time to places, I’m just more confident, happy. I have noticed it and people around me notice the difference too.

Whenever I’m doing things in my life, I think about what we did on the course and try to apply it now.  In the beginning my confidence was 1/10, now it’s 10 or 12/10!  It’s given me a get up and go attitude and made me realise I can achieve anything.

BUT WHO WROTE THESE TESTIMONIALS?

It's important to know, right?

Business owners? GP referrals? GPs? Keyworkers? Unemployed? Bereaved? Professionals? Abuse survivors? Students?

Because surely some  testimonial have more clout than others?

 

These testimonials were actually written by all of the above and more,

and btw some fit into more than one of the above categories - but you'd never guess which.....

And that's because it is all too easy to judge people by their job title, their life challenges, their social standing, their outward appearance.

However, the truth is that it doesn't matter who wrote them, because:

Resilience doesn't discriminate;

Wellbeing doesn't discriminate;

Lack of self-confidence, self-esteem, self-awareness, self-worth - they don't discriminate.

Regardless of our starting point, privilege or circumstance, we have one thing in common;

We may all appear different on the outside, but we all have the same insecurities and limiting beliefs, and the same need to have someone ask us those difficult questions that we don't want to ask ourselves, in order to reach our potential.
